Help us continue the ORHS Cross Country and Track & Field legacy
What this project means to our program, in our athletes’ words.
“The Ben Martin Track renovations will vastly improve the quality of life of ORHS track athletes and the community in general. Our track is a community track and is used every day by various residents for healthy living. The new facility will allow ORHS to not only host traditional track meets but also community events for the public, partnered businesses, and various school activities such as the Back to School Bash. This is an opportunity to have a state-of-the-art gathering place for athletics and public use.”

What impact will your donation have?
This is an opportunity to have a state-of-the-art gathering place for athletics and public use. With updated equipment and renovated facilities, Ben Martin Track will be used for all city middle school meets and Hoka time trials, and as a hosting site for the sectional meet where athletes qualify for the state championship. This gives our student-athletes home-field advantage and a central location for the community to cheer on our team.
Acquiring brand new elite equipment will not only help the team by giving our student-athletes safer spaces to practice and compete, but will help us bring an elite track & field community to the heart of Oak Ridge.
Every donation directly provides our student-athletes with new opportunities. Better equipment means better practice, which means better results, which means better meets, which means life-changing travel opportunities with memories that can last a lifetime.
Thank you so much for helping us invest in our student-athletes’ futures!
